- Return and exchange policy:
There are no returns, unless you receive any defective or damaged item, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you. Simply contact us and we will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement, if possible, and will issue a return label if necessary. If we are unable to replace or repair the damaged goods, you will receive a full refund of those materials. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. You can exchange for another product or model within 14 working days, bearing the shipping cost of 200 AED. Please keep the products in their original packaging if you want to exchange any products.

Delivery policy:
We deliver our products to all countries. Shipping will be done via third party courier. Delivery takes place from 30 to 60 working days depending on the order and priority of purchase. (Please contact customer service if you have any comments.) UAE delivery fees are a fixed price of AED 37.5 and delivery fees outside the UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page based on the country and location. To avoid any delay in delivery by providing your full address along with your contact details


- Reform policy:
If there are products that the customer wishes to repair or modify as a result of misuse, we will do what is necessary to satisfy our valued customers, but the customer will bear only the shipping fees, and the necessary work will be done within 30 working days.
